I am lucky to have had many different turns in my career. I’m a lawyer who has practiced in California, New York and Idaho, and who has worked in economic development, government, and higher education leadership. I’ve served on nonprofit Boards at the local, state and international level.
I’ve experienced all kinds of work structures and workplaces and have learned lessons from working with some outstanding leaders. My passion is helping people and organizations to get more out of their talents. It’s not about getting more busywork done, but how to get more joy, meaning and excitement in your life.
I have a biomedical engineering degree from Duke University, a law degree from Boston University, and am a certified coach specializing in leadership and productivity. Examining how things work and figuring out how they can work better is one of my passions.
